We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated individual to join our experienced team to develop our donor engagement strategy. This exciting newly created role offers you the chance to play a significant part in the development and strategic direction of this small but hugely ambitious Charity.

  • You will have the responsibility of developing and implementing our Social Media strategy by owning and managing the content calendar and be responsible for the external facing content, this will include our social media campaigns and appeals.

  • You will lead on the design and implementation of a series of community focused appeals to engage with new and existing supporters to generate income and grow our brand awareness at a local level.  

  • We have significantly increased our Challenge Event  participation rate and we have plans to increase this further, the successful candidate will have the experience and skills to account manage our intrepid supporters on their journey and also be able to recruit new supporters to join the Lucy team.

  • Our finest ambassadors are those that use our service and you will work closely with our Head of Service to forge long term relationships with our families ensuring they are fully aware of the many different ways they can support the Charity.
